Reporting to the Operations Manager – Marketing & Corporate Services, this role oversees key business and infrastructure functions, including:
Fleet management – overseeing procurement, maintenance, and compliance across the vehicle fleet
Insurance oversight – managing organisational insurances and claims processes
IT systems and infrastructure – supporting cybersecurity, IT strategy, vendor relationships, and tech support
Asset management – maintaining asset registers, overseeing lifecycle, and ensuring cost-efficiency
Lease management – managing office leases, relocations, and renovations
People leadership – supervising direct reports, supporting internal process improvement
Reporting and compliance – delivering insights and documentation for continuous improvement
Open to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants (as authorised by Section 14(d) of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 NSW)
Demonstrated experience in corporate services or operations management
Strong organisational and time management skills
Sound knowledge of IT systems, insurance coordination, and fleet/asset oversight
High-level verbal, written, and digital communication skills
Previous experience managing compliance and risk across multiple sites
Valid Driver’s Licence and access to a car
National Police Check, WWCC, and COVID-19 vaccination evidence (or willingness to obtain)
35-hour work week, Monday to Friday
