HiTalent is proud to partner with a well established not for profit to recruit a Family Counsellor for their new Youth Trauma Service — an innovative, community-based, wraparound model supporting young people aged 13–17 with complex and intersecting needs.
This is a rare opportunity to join a brand-new, purpose-driven service built through deep consultation with young people, families, First Nations communities and the broader sector. The model is grounded in relational safety, cultural safety, inclusion and healing, ensuring young people and their families receive the right support, at the right time, in the right place.

Works in strong partnership with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander services, CALD organisations, LGBTIQA+ supports, schools and youth-friendly spaces
