Dedicated to empowering vulnerable children, young people, and families, this organisation is now seeking a Manager of Case Work to join their dynamic team and contribute to meaningful, community-driven change.

Key Responsibilities

As the Manager of Case Work, you’ll play a vital role in leading a team of Case Managers and ensuring high-quality, outcomes-focused support is provided across programs. You will:

Lead, coach, and mentor Case Managers
Guide complex case decisions and ensure compliance with sector standards (DCJ and OCG)
Drive meaningful case planning and review
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and reflective practice
Champion client-focused, trauma-informed approaches
Build relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate on transitions, referrals, and intake
Contribute to service innovation and strategy development

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Social Work or related field (Diploma with significant experience considered)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in case management, ideally in Out of Home Care or youth services
Proven leadership experience with a track record of team supervision
Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice and youth development
Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Confidence in managing complex cases and supporting staff
Valid Driver’s Licence, Working With Children Check, Police Check, and comprehensive car insurance
