About the Role:

As a Mental Health Clinician, you’ll provide person-centred, evidence-based care across Dubbo and Central NSW, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. You’ll work with clients, GPs, and local services to deliver holistic support face-to-face and via Telehealth, while also contributing to community outreach, program development, and collaborative clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions, including CBT and behavioural strategies

  • Support the development of mental health services tailored to local community needs

  • Engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to improve access to care

  • Maintain accurate clinical records and meet program data targets

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and local service providers

  • Conduct outreach services as required to ensure clients receive the support they need

What We’re Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or other allied health disciplines

  • Current registration with AHPRA, AASW, or relevant professional body

  • Experience in psychological interventions and mental health care

  • Comfortable using clinical software and Telehealth platforms

  • Commitment to culturally safe practice and community engagement
