About the Role:
As a Mental Health Clinician, you’ll provide person-centred, evidence-based care across Dubbo and Central NSW, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. You’ll work with clients, GPs, and local services to deliver holistic support face-to-face and via Telehealth, while also contributing to community outreach, program development, and collaborative clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver therapeutic interventions, including CBT and behavioural strategies
Support the development of mental health services tailored to local community needs
Engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to improve access to care
Maintain accurate clinical records and meet program data targets
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and local service providers
Conduct outreach services as required to ensure clients receive the support they need
What We’re Looking For:
Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or other allied health disciplines
Current registration with AHPRA, AASW, or relevant professional body
Experience in psychological interventions and mental health care
Comfortable using clinical software and Telehealth platforms
Commitment to culturally safe practice and community engagement
Benefits:
