HiTalent Recruitment is partnering with a leading Not-for-Profit organisation in Western Sydney to recruit for a Senior Clinician – Mental Health. This organisation is dedicated to making a lasting difference in the lives of young people and communities by providing early intervention and holistic support services.

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Senior Clinicians to join a multidisciplinary team, supporting young people aged 12–25 on their recovery journey. This role offers the opportunity to provide direct clinical support, mentor other clinicians, and contribute to service growth in the mental health space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive assessments, psychological and psychosocial interventions

  • Manage clinical care and complex client presentations

  • Lead, mentor, and support clinicians to deliver recovery-focused services

  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to uphold the clinical model of care

  • Support referral pathways, service flow, and adherence to best practice standards

  • Contribute to clinical reviews, planning, and quality improvement processes

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, or equivalent

  • Registration with AHPRA or a relevant peak body

  • Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience in mental health

  • Demonstrated skills in assessment, evidence-based treatment, and case management

  • Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities

  • Understanding of recovery-oriented practice and youth mental health

  • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
