HiTalent Recruitment is seeking a NDIS Support Coordinator to join a well-respected and reputable not-for-profit organisation in Bondi Junction that is funded to deliver inclusive NDIS services to the community. This role offers salary packaging benefits, supervision and support. This is a permanent full-time role, but also open to 4-day-per-week candidates.

Are you a compassionate and skilled Support Coordinator professional with a desire to support clients by providing individualised support? In this role, you’ll work closely with participants, families, and providers to ensure supports are coordinated, appropriate, and genuinely aligned with each person’s goals. Reporting to the Team Lead, your key responsibilities are:

  • Support participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans

  • Coordinate supports and services across multiple providers

  • Build strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders

  • Monitor plan budgets and ensure supports are utilised effectively

  • Advocate for participants and promote choice and control

  • Identify and manage risks, challenges, and barriers to achieving goals

  • Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in line with NDIS requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 2 years of experience as a Support Coordinator (NDIS) working with level 2 and 3 clients (mostly 2)

  • Strong understanding of the NDIS, community services, mental health and psychosocial & intellectual disability sector

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a varied caseload

  • Genuine passion for person-centred, strengths-based practice

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Relevant qualification in Community Services, Social Work, or similar

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

  • Working With Children Check (where applicable)

  • Valid driver’s licence
