HiTalent is delighted to partner with a well-respected family services organisation to recruit a Program Manager in Family Dispute Resolution. This is an influential role supporting the ongoing development of integrated, multi-disciplinary family law services across Sydney.
This position provides clinical supervision to Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners (FDRPs) working across the CBD, Inner West, and South-West Sydney sites. This is an opportunity for an experienced FDRP and inspiring leader to shape service delivery, mentor practitioners, and contribute to improved outcomes for separated families.

In this leadership position, you will:
Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical supervision to a team of FDRPs, maintaining excellence in practice standards and client outcomes.
Model and apply effective leadership capabilities aligned with organisational expectations.
Translate strategic and operational objectives into clear direction for your team.
Monitor, review, and evaluate service delivery against KPIs and compliance requirements.
Analyse performance data to identify opportunities for service and quality improvement.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contemporary family law practice and integrate this into service enhancement.
Champion integrated, multi-disciplinary service models across family programs.
We’re looking for a skilled FDR professional with:
Accreditation as an FDRP, with demonstrated experience supervising FDR practitioners.
Strong practice experience supporting separated families, including child-focused and collaborative practice models.
A leadership style that is supportive, outcome-driven, and responsive to changing community and sector needs.
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Strong relationship-building skills across multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholder groups.
Solid understanding of Australian Family Law, Child Protection, and Domestic & Family Violence frameworks, with the ability to ensure safety and child-focused practice.
