We’re seeking Identified Program Managers to lead Permanency Support Programs (PSP), delivering culturally safe services and guiding dedicated teams.If you have leadership experience in casework, a strong understanding of Aboriginal culture, and a passion for positive change, get in touch for a confidential chat.
As the Program Manager – PSP, you’ll lead and support a passionate team delivering high-quality case management services within the Permanency Support Program (PSP). Your leadership will guide the delivery of culturally safe, trauma-informed care and ensure operational excellence across the service.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing a dedicated team including Casework Managers and an Admin Officer
Delivering on strategic goals and program compliance
Overseeing budgets, service planning, and reporting
Building strong relationships with funders, stakeholders, and community partners
Promoting a positive team culture and staff development
Maintaining accreditation and driving continuous improvement
Above award salary + super + generous salary packaging
35-hour work week, Monday to Friday

To thrive in this role, you will bring:
Aboriginality (Identified role)
A qualification in Social Work, Community Services, or a related field
Strong leadership experience in child, youth, or family services
Knowledge of PSP, OOHC, and trauma-informed practice
Budget management and reporting skills
Confidence working with community stakeholders and government departments
A collaborative and culturally responsive approach to leadership
WWCC, National Police Check, and a valid NSW Driver's Licence
