About the Roles
We are working with a well-respected not-for-profit organisation to seek a dedicated Caseworker and Senior Caseworker to join their team. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in providing support to clients. This role is based in a rehabilitation centre and will provide intensive case management using a person-centred framework to access information and support clients in their recovery.
Senior Case Worker:
Deliver High-Quality, Person-Centered Support: Provide day-to-day service delivery through education, assessments, group work, case management, and therapeutic interventions within a recovery-oriented framework.
Manage and Monitor Client Progress: Develop individual treatment plans, maintain accurate case documentation and reports, and adhere to established planning and evaluation procedures.
Drive Service Excellence: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation while overseeing daily service delivery operations, supervision of Caseworkers and promoting service user participation and feedback.
Collaborate and Connect: Maintain strong knowledge of referral pathways, work effectively with external services, and ensure clients are connected to appropriate supports.
Caseworker
Deliver Responsive, Person-Led Support: Provide day-to-day service delivery through education, therapeutic interventions, group work, assessment, referrals, and case management within a recovery-oriented, person-led framework.
Plan, Document, and Evaluate: Develop and monitor individual treatment plans, and maintain accurate and timely case notes, reports, and data in line with established procedures.
Support Team Operations: Undertake additional tasks as required by the Manager, Program Manager, or Senior Case Worker to support overall service delivery.
Champion Quality and Innovation: Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by seeking opportunities to enhance service quality and implement innovative practices.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
A tertiary qualification in Social Work or Community Services
Minimum 2-5 years of casework experience working with clients impacted by homelessness, domestic & family violence and AOD.
Ability to identify risk and take responsibility for mandatory reporting
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively work in a supportive team
NSW Drivers Licence
