HiTalent Recruitment is proudly partnering exclusively with a community-based not-for-profit organisation in Sydney to recruit a newly introduced role. This not for profit connects older adults with community groups and programs to empower them to live independently in their own homes. This role is 3 days per week with scope to increase to 4 days.

In this leadership position, you’ll;
Mentor, supervise and support both staff and volunteers and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Develop systems, processes and structures that ensure effective people management
Support recruitment, workforce planning and training in the aged care sector
Drive team development and engagement aligned to our values
Contribute to the success of community programs and services through innovation, problem solving and adaptability
You’ll Need
3–5+ years’ leadership experience in community or aged care settings
Strong people skills and a mentoring mindset
Experience in recruitment, HR systems, and workforce planning
Knowledge of CHSP and the aged care reform landscape
Ability to build inclusive teams and work with diverse communities
A NSW Driver’s Licence
Willingness to obtain necessary checks and certificates (e.g. Police Check, First Aid, WWCC)
On Offer
22.5 hours/week (with potential to increase to 30 hours)
