HiTalent Recruitment is partnering with a respected community services organisation to recruit an experienced RPRP Support Worker to join their Rural Parenting Resilience Program (RPRP) team across Moree, Inverell, and Glen Innes.

About the Role
As an RPRP Support Worker, you will provide family support, parenting education, case management, supported playgroups, peer support programs, school readiness activities, and community-based initiatives for parents and carers of children aged 0-12 years.
Working within a strengths-based and family-centred framework, you will support families to build resilience, strengthen parenting skills, improve wellbeing, and enhance connections within their local communities.
You will work collaboratively with schools, community organisations, health services, and other stakeholders to ensure families receive coordinated and holistic support tailored to their individual needs.
