In 2025 we partnered with a NSW child & family ACCO on a retained basis to support their organisational expansion. Throughout the engagement, we held weekly meetings to review recruitment progress, discuss candidate pipelines, and align on hiring priorities. These regular check-ins allowed us to take feedback and refine the quality, skills, and cultural fit of candidates being presented.

This retained partnership allowed us to build a consistent candidate pipeline, respond quickly to hiring needs, and support the organisation’s growth with high-quality placements.
