HiTalent Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Team Leader in Youth Mental Health to join a well respected Not for Profit organisation, focused on early intervention and integrated care for people aged 12–25. This role will lead and support a talented multidisciplinary team, champion evidence-based practice, and ensure young people receive high-quality, consistent, and person-centred care.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities are:
Provide operational and clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team
Lead case reviews, intake meetings, and client management discussions
Champion evidence-based, recovery-oriented practice across the service
Train, mentor, and support the development of clinicians
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and community partners
Collaborate on service development, quality improvement, and strategic initiatives
Monitor service performance and contribute to reporting requirements
Provide direct clinical support when required
Participate in the on-call roster approximately once every three months
To be successful in this role, you will require:
Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Nursing.
Current registration with AHPRA or AASW.
Minimum 5 years' clinical experience in youth mental health or a related field
Previous experience leading, supervising, or mentoring clinicians
Strong knowledge of evidence-based, recovery-oriented, and person-centred practice
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to manage competing priorities within a dynamic community setting
Current Driver's Licence
Benefits:
Salary packaging of up to $18,500 per annum
Competitive salary of $116,000–$134,000 + super
