HiTalent is proud to be partnering with the Salvation Army, to find a Service Manager to join their Dooralong Transformation Centre located on the Central Coast, NSW.
Dooralong Transformation Centre is a large residential service, a place of hope for people navigating the challenges of alcohol and other drug (AOD) dependence. We're seeking an experienced Service Manager looking to relocate, to lead the clinical governance and frontline staff, specifically within a residential facility.
As the Service Manager, you will:

Ensure services meet guidelines, accreditation standards, and evidence-based best practice.

Oversee budgets, risk, infrastructure, and contractual requirements.

Lead a dedicated team of professionals, fostering a culture of care, respect and accountability.

Embed continuous quality improvement and client feedback into service planning and delivery.

Actively build partnerships, referral pathways and cross-sector collaborations.
What you will bring:
-
A degree in social work, nursing, psychology, welfare, community development or a related field.

Extensive experience in the AOD sector with a minimum of 5 year's experience in leadership.

A proven record of managing large and complex services, leading teams, and navigating compliance frameworks.

A strategic, data-informed mindset with the ability to plan, evaluate and grow services.

A passion for social justice and inclusive, client-centered care
-
Criminal Justice experience is desired

Diverse knowledge of risk management and clinical governance
