Clinical Services Manager

Alice Springs, NT | Full-Time Permanent

HiTalent Recruitment is currently partnering with a leading national mental health organisation to recruit for a rare opportunity to lead a newly established Medicare Mental Health Centre and play a key role in shaping a service from the ground up.

As the Clinical Services Manager, you will provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team comprising clinical, non-clinical, and lived experience professionals, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, culturally responsive, and recovery-focused mental health support to the Alice Springs community.

This position is less focused on a specific clinical modality and more centred around leadership, operational oversight, workforce development, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. You will work closely with community partners, health services, and key stakeholders to establish a service that is responsive to local community needs while maintaining best-practice clinical governance.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to the recruitment and development of the wider leadership team, helping shape the culture, structure, and future direction of the service.
