HiTalent Recruitment is seeking an AI and Data Adviser on behalf of the Still Nest which supports multicultural families through reproductive and perinatal challenges, including pregnancy loss, birth trauma and the transition to parenthood.
Join its Founding Strategic Advisory Group and help shape a digital innovation that improves access to culturally safe, inclusive support.
The opportunity
Working alongside the Founder and fellow advisers, you will:

Shape a practical technology and data roadmap.

Guide responsible AI use, privacy, security and data governance.

Advise on product development, technology partners and vendor selection.

Support accuracy, accessibility, multilingual performance and safe evaluation.

About you
You’re an experienced technology leader, product designer or strategist with a background in developing secure, reliable digital services. Your strengths may include AI strategy, data architecture, responsible AI, inclusive design or product development.
You bring practical judgement, clear communication and an interest in using technology to improve community outcomes. Health or community-sector experience is valued.
Appointment and applications
This is a voluntary strategic advisory appointment, rather than a statutory director or operational management role. It includes meeting preparation and ongoing engagement between quarterly meetings.
